Western Canada's fastest-growing dealership is hiring! Energy Dodge is seeking a full-time Senior Parts Advisor to perform a range of tasks. Applicants must have knowledge of vehicles and vehicle parts, with a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience required. Job Duties and Responsibilities include:
Providing exceptional customer service
Managing inventory control
Selling and ordering parts for customers, including pricing, locating, and receiving parts
Reading and interpreting parts diagnostics and diagrams
Using a computerized inventory system and parts libraries to maintain records
Advising on the use and suitability of goods and parts
Maintaining an orderly parts supply area/warehouse
Assisting in all areas of the parts department as needed, such as housekeeping, stocking shelves, merchandising, and counting inventory

Requirements:
Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
1-2 years of experience in automotive parts or a related field
Technical knowledge is an asset
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent problem-solving, attention to detail, communication, and organizational skills
Strong written, verbal, and numerical skills
Valid drivers license
Knowledge of Fiat Chrysler Automobiles (FCA) is a plus
Compensation: $25-$35 per hour based on experience, with performance-based pay potential.
