We are currently accepting applications for our Prenatal Nutrition Support Position.
Duties:
Provide Support Programming to new and Expecting mothers
Work closely with the community to ensure that the program purpose and guidelines are adhered to.
Work closely with other Kikinahk staff to ensure delivery of programs that are beneficial to Prenatal Nutrition program clients.
Assist in the delivery of programs (life, living skills, nutrition, cooking and any other classes that are considered beneficial to clients.
Prepare and submit monthly reports as required and to assist with the preparation of personal assessments of clients.
Any other duties as assigned by the Kikinahk Friendship Centre Executive Director.
Other requirements of this position are:
-to provide a clean Criminal Record Check (check will be conducted prior to hiring),
-valid driver's license
-knowledge with Microsoft Excel.
-Knowledge of Prenatal programs.
-Ability to speak Cree would be a definite asset.
Preference will be given to applicants that possess a relevant degree, diplomas, or certificates.
