The Campus Manager oversees daily campus operations, focusing on marketing, recruitment, and student support. They manage co-curricular activities, community relations, and international student experiences. Additionally, they back up program coordinators, oversee part-time programs, and handle facilities management. About 20% of their time is dedicated to community training and development.
Qualifications:
Two-year diploma in business, administration, or finance from an accredited institution
Two years of relevant experience in problem-solving, client service, supervision, and fast-paced environments
Budget supervision experience
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Strong organizational and time management abilities
Proficient in MS Office
Effective teamwork with staff and clients
Knowledge of managerial practices, office procedures, and business communications
Supervisory and evaluation skills
Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
Critical thinking and decision-making skill
