Sky High Excavation and Demolition Ltd. is currently looking for an Equipment Operator/Labourer. Salary will be $18-$28 per hour, depending on experience. Experience is required but on-site training will be provided as well. Applicant should be able to communicate in English. This is a part-time to full-time position, flexible hours, must be available for overtime after regular hours. This position works outdoors in both residential and commercial environments. There is some overtime over winter and more over the summer season with optional weekend work as well.

The following are some of the duties:
Drive truck and trailer to job sites/pick up material
Operate equipment - skidsteer/trackhoe
Load and unload materials, and move materials to work areas
Assist with water/sewer hook-ups and laying of pipe
Washing and greasing/maintaining equipment
Unthawing of frozen water lines
Jackhammering of concrete
Ability to perform other routine maintenance work as required
Perform other activities at work sites, as directed

Qualifications:
2-3 years of experience in similar position
Valid Class 5 Drivers' License
Experience operating skidsteer/trackhoe
Must be able to lift 50lbs
Mechanically inclined and willing to work independently in the shop on equipment as needed
Strong communication skills
Must be able to work independently and within a team
Preference will be given to those with air brake endorsement or 3A/1A
