Description

Responsibility Summary
    Oversee the operations of our detail department. Including, but not limited to:
    Acting as a liaison to department staff and managers.
    Coordinate with sales and service to ensure on-time deliveries.
    Help create and implement strict processes for cleaning vehicles.
    Perform quality control inspections of all vehicles.
    Ensures that excellent customer service is provided to customers by employees, at all times.
    Must be able to motivate, train, encourage, challenge and positively lead the carwash team.
    Develops people and fosters a team environment and a positive company culture on an ongoing basis.
    Promotes and resolves customer complaints, in a quick and professional manner.
    Responsible for physical appearance of site, equipment maintenance, maintaining a safework environment, and chemical and supply inventories.

    High school diploma
    A special aptitude for detailing and cleaning.
    Valid drivers license
    Ability to lift as much as 50 lbs., be on your feet for extended periods of time.
