Good Spirit Housing Authority serves the communities of Yorkton, Melville and Canora and provides affordable housing to low-income seniors, families, and others who could not otherwise access safe, secure shelter. The Housing Authority has an opportunity for a permanent, fulltime Tenant Relations & Administrative Coordinator. This position offers a varied mix of administrative and tenant focused responsibilities. This position will be based out of our Yorkton office.
A high level of accuracy, attention to detail and problem solving is key to success in this role. The successful applicant will work closely with the Maintenance team, answering calls for maintenance services, creating, dispatching work orders and monitor for completion, monthly reporting of work orders analysis and turnovers, administration of tender packages and other duties as required. This position will also work with the team on coordinating and viewing housing applications, coordinating move ins and move outs and helping to investigate tenant complaints and lease violations.
The ideal candidate with bring proven professionalism and diplomacy with a respect for confidentiality along with some post secondary education in human services, business administration, property administration. If no formal education then relevant work experience will be considered.
A valid driver's license and reliable vehicle is required for travel and a satisfactory Criminal Record Check is a condition of employment.
