Description

As the Manager, IT Services, you are responsible for all facets of SaskWaters Information Technology area. You provide vision, leadership and hands-on support for developing and implementing IT initiatives and solutions in support of corporate goals and ongoing operations. You help drive change management throughout the organization as it relates to information technology, maintain and enhance the IT program, and in collaboration with IT service provider(s), develop and maintain the IT infrastructure to contribute to the business strategy and corporate initiatives throughout SaskWater.

To qualify, you will have a Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration or Engineering. You have a Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) designation, Certified Information Security Manager (CISM) designation and ITIL Foundation certification, along with a valid Class 5 Drivers License.

In addition to the above qualifications, the job requires 10 years of progressively more responsible experience in the following areas:
    People Management
    Project Management
    Management of an IT department
    Cyber Security
    IT Service Management process and procedures
    IT Technologies
    Software as a Service (SaaS) solutions

Special Requirements: The position requires the incumbent to undergo a Criminal Record Check and Drug and Alcohol test. You must be legally entitled to work in Canada. A valid Saskatchewan drivers license is required.
