What Youll Be Doing:
Collision Repair Pro: Master the art of metalworking, welding, and refinishing to restore vehicles to their pre-collision glory.
Be the Expert: Apply your technical know-how to follow OEM repair procedures, conduct pre and post-scans, and calibrate modules to perfection.
Safety First: Stick to the safety protocols, use PPE, and handle hazardous materials with carebecause we want you to work hard, but stay safe!
Team Player: Collaborate with your crew, communicate clearly with customers, and help mentor apprentices to raise the bar in collision repair.
Work Ethic: Stay organized, work efficiently, and always deliver high-quality repairs with attention to detail and precision.
Lift, Fix, Repeat: From lifting panels to performing equipment audits, youll have the physical strength and skills to take on any challenge.
