What You'll Be Doing:
Customer Engagement & Service: Greet and assist customers, explaining the repair process, timelines, and payment details while providing outstanding service.
Damage Assessment & Estimate Preparation: Inspect vehicle damage and prepare detailed, accurate repair estimates using industry-leading software (like Mitchell and Audatex).
Communication & Collaboration: Be the key link between customers, insurance adjusters, and our production team, ensuring smooth, transparent communication throughout the repair process.
Sales, Upselling & Closing: Maximize sales opportunities by upselling services, achieving at least a 75% closing ratio, and ensuring customer satisfaction every step of the way.
Repair Order Management: Maintain organized repair orders (ROs) and keep documentation updated from the estimate to the final inspection.
Quality Control & Final Inspection: Ensure all repairs meet quality standards, perform final inspections, and explain the warranty and repair process to customers
