Key Responsibilities:
Lead with Impact: Motivate and manage a high-performing team, ensuring they meet quality standards, adhere to safety protocols, and stay on track to deliver top-notch repairs.
Efficient Operations: Oversee day-to-day operations, coordinate workflows, and ensure repairs are done on time while maintaining customer satisfaction.
Quality Control: Monitor and inspect all work performed to ensure every job meets CARSTAR's high standards for quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.
Customer Satisfaction: Address customer inquiries, resolve concerns, and collaborate with the team to ensure the best possible experience for every customer.
Team Development: Mentor and train technicians, helping them develop their skills and advance in their careers, fostering a culture of growth and excellence.
Inventory Management: Keep track of parts, tools, and supplies to ensure availability and control costs, ensuring the shop is always fully stocked and ready to go.
Hands-On Leadership: Apply your technical expertise to oversee repairs, troubleshoot issues, and ensure all repairs meet quality and safety standards.
