Work Location: Saskatchewan or Manitoba; this role is eligible for hybrid and remote work in both provinces.

In this role, you will bridge the gap between the business and delivery teams, empowering change and innovation. Your expertise in gathering, clarifying, and translating business requirements will drive impactful project implementation, software development, and platform configuration.

We hope you consider applying if you:

-Have experience in managing large software projects focused on modernizing legacy systems.
-Possess proficient knowledge of various software development lifecycles and project delivery processes (e.g., agile, waterfall).
-Excel at eliciting, documenting, and validating business and technical requirements using case diagrams, user stories, or process flows.
-Are proficient in using platforms like Jira and Azure.
Have a good knowledge of core insurance concepts and principles.
-Possess effective communication and interpersonal skills to convey technical requirements to non-technical stakeholders.
-Have a four-year degree in a relevant field of study such as such as Business, Information Technology, Mathematics & Applied Science, or defined equivalency.
-Are a Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP), Certification of Capability in Business Analysis (CCBA), or have other industry-recognized designation/certification.
-Have three to five years of relevant experience in business analysis.
