Description

Responsibilities:
- Provide high-level administrative support to executives
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements
- Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents
- Maintain and organize files, both physical and electronic
- Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and respond to inquiries
- Assist with customer service inquiries and provide support as needed
- Perform data entry tasks and maintain accurate records
- Conduct research and compile data for various projects or reports
- Assist with organizing and coordinating company events or meetings
- Proofread documents for accuracy and completeness
- Type and distribute meeting minutes or other important documents

Qualifications:
-Undergraduate Degree in Office Administration, Business Administration or other relevant discipline.
-Minimum 2-6 years of experience providing administrative support at - Senior Management, Executive or Board level.
-Previous experience working with the Board is important, in a Automotive environment it is preferred but not required.
-Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, adept at tailoring to appropriate stakeholder needs and situations.
-Ability to thrive in a fast paced and dynamic environment, you can use sound judgment and business acumen to solve problems, prioritize issues and take initiative.
-Demonstrated skill in maintaining positive and professional relationships with all stakeholders, leveraging your ability to collaborate and influence.
-Ability to operate independently or part of a team, you are compassionate and dependable in your efforts to help others.
-Please note that a combination of varying education credentials and work experience may be considered.
