Description

The Relocation and Administrative Officer will coordinate and manage relocation services, ensuring a smooth transition for employees and clients relocating to or within the organization. This role combines logistical expertise with strong organizational and administrative support skills, making it vital to maintain effective communication, oversee relocation activities, and perform various administrative tasks as required.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures and review, evaluate and implement new procedures.
Establish work priorities, delegate work to office support staff, and ensure deadlines are met and procedures are followed.
Assemble data and prepare periodic reports and correspondence.
May supervise records management technicians and other support staff, ensuring records are maintained and consistently aligned.

Qualifications:
Education: Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
Experience: 1+ years in hospitality management, customer service, HR, or executive secretarial position related to office administrative role, with proven experience in managing administrative services.
1-2 years Canadian work experience and two work related references.
A Saskatchewan Driver's license is mandatory.

Skills:
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to communicate in multiple languages is a plus
Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment and handle confidential information.

Competencies:
Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Ability to manage stress and remain calm under pressure.
Strong customer service mindset, with the ability to build positive relationships with employees and clients.
