Responsibilities:
Lead employee onboarding and orientation
Lead the Health and Safety committee
Manage HR systems and process administration, including payroll coordination
Conduct formal investigations into allegations of misconduct
Manage data integrity and security in HR systems

Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years' of HR experience
Working knowledge of Canada Labour Code
Post-secondary education in HR
Working knowledge of employee group benefits
Dedication and empathy
