The Saskatchewan Research Councils Nuclear Division is seeking an Engagement Coordinator that will act as a system administrator to coordinate the collection, record keeping and reporting of public and stakeholder engagement in support of the microreactor deployment in Saskatchewan.
Accountabilities
Act as system administrator that will collect, maintain and enter data from a variety of sources and formats into the engagement tracking software system
Coordinate engagement activities such as revising letters, memos, reports, proposals and presentations
Implement a data collection process
Assist with maintaining and implementing an engagement software system
Participate in preparing reports and analytics for the Nuclear Division
Assist with coordinating the logistics of tours and meetings as required
Skills
Strong attention to detail and commitment to best practices for quality work and workplace safety
Strong analytical thinking and analysis skills to support the processing and integration of information
Team player with effective interpersonal, communication and multitasking skills
Willingness to perform in a complex organization with ever-changing demands and priorities
Familiarity with communication and public engagement principles, practices, and procedures
Requirements
Diploma or certification in a relevant academic field
Minimum of three years' experience in records management or within a data entry role
Experience operating data and records management systems and related reporting considered an asset
An understanding of engagement and communication strategies is considered an asset
Proficient with Microsoft Office, including Microsoft SharePoint
