The successful candidate will demonstrate ability and experience in the areas of word processing, database management, written and verbal communication skills, time management skills, and problem-solving skills.
Essential Skills include:

General knowledge of office equipment
Proficient use of Microsoft Office Suite.
Duties Include:
Data Entry: responsible for inputting data from multiple sources into a database and ensuring all necessary data is being entered and maintained.
Communicate with various agencies to ensure information is received in a timely manner.
Prepare written records and forms.
Transfer data between agencies when needed.
Develop & Produce Reports weekly, monthly, yearly.
Filing both electronic and paper
General duties pertaining to database maintenance.
Back-up for Administrative Assistant: answering phones, taking messages, preparing office documents, running enquiries, referring enquires to appropriate individuals.
Preference will be given to candidates of Aboriginal ancestry, Human Resource Exemption #E99-10.
Must provide a criminal record check/vulnerable sector.
Salary will be negotiated upon experience.
