Description

Job Summary:

As a member of the Claims Operation team you will report to a leader within Claims Operations and work to support activities related to the overall Business Transformation Program (BTP) and Claims Transformation initiatives which could include participating or supporting others in workshops, larger scale Continuous Process Improvement (CPI) activities, and helping develop people by providing coaching / training to staff to assist them in their overall skill development You may be required to adjudicate and/or manage claims in support of providing service to our customers.

Qualifications:

Two years of post-secondary education supplemented with a minimum of three (3) years claims management experience (Claims Management is defined as: responsible for an assigned client caseload of complex claims and held accountable for all decisions and actions that impact individual cases) and two (2) years of adjudication experience.

Experience in the delivery of training programs with an understanding of adult learning styles with the demonstrated ability to coach/develop others (which will be rated through the technical competency of Technical Training).

Travel will be required.
