Are you passionate about doing meaningful work? Do you care about water as one of our most important resources? The Water Security Agency is seeking an enthusiastic individual to join the Communications and Client Services team.
Reporting to the Director of Client Services, an employee in this job will work in a call center service environment as the first point of contact by answering, de-escalating, and responding to inquiries. Providing advice and determining solutions to client problems and concerns in a timely manner and providing notification and updates to clients on services, operations, and regulations. Utilizing a data base, this incumbent will enter, update, track and document client interactions and will work with business units to create and update knowledge-based articles to answer client inquiries.
Client calls will be evaluated and triaged by assessing needs and concerns. Provide advice and updates verbally or in writing, via phone, email, or in person on inquiries regarding operations, regulations, policies, services, programs, and procedures
The successful candidate will have a post-secondary diploma in Business Administration, Environmental or Natural Resource Studies, Communications or an equivalent combination of experience and training and 1 year of relevant experience.
