The LBM (Lumber and Building Materials) Counter Salesperson is responsible for providing prompt, courteous and efficient service to customers, advising them on appropriate merchandise and related items. We are looking for a person that works well with others and demonstrates excellent communication skills verbally and written. Must be able work on their own as well as with others in a team environment. Candidate must be organized and pay good attention to detail.    

- Experience/knowledge in building supplies material is preferred.  
- Must be computer literate. Experience with point of sales software is an asset.
- Communicate product knowledge to the customer as appropriate.  
- Help customers solve building problems.
- Work on additional duties and assignments as assigned by management.  
- Desire for continued learning and growth is an asset.

Must be able to work flexible hours including some evenings and weekends.
