The Kitchen Manager will over see all aspects of running a success and busy kitchen including managing staff, schedules and food ordering. The manager must be a proficent cook who can prepare and present food in a timely and professional manner and help teach the assistant cook. This position can include room and board if required.
Key responsibilities of the position include:
Over see and ensure completion of day to day kitchen activities
Prepare meals and snacks daily
Maintain a clean and organized kitchen
Strictly adhere to confidentiality protocols
Other tasks as required
Required Qualifications:
Food Handling/Safety course
Customer service, friendly to all staff and clients
Attention to detail
Strong organizational skills
Strong time management skills
Beneficial Qualifications:
Previous experience an asset
