Description

You will:
Exude a positive, cheerful, team orientated, and welcoming environment for all customers shopping at our locations as well as the team members that you are working with daily.
Provide and communicate direction of daily sales goals to all team members as set out by the Store Leader.
Help, drive, motivate, and encourage retail sales team to achieve sales targets.
Create a respectful, inclusive and positive work environment at all times
Ensure that store merchandising follows 5Buds cannabis standards at all times. Items are to be merchandised to approved themes and display cabinets will have product pricing placed in them at all times and updated accordingly with any changes.
Ensure that the store is operating at 100% compliance with all SLGA regulations.
Provide constructive feedback to both celebrate when team members go above and beyond but also when team members are not complying with company or regulatory policies.
Provide direction for team members in downtime to ensure that the work environment is productive and efficient at all times.
Ensure that the dress code of team members is polished, professional, and appropriate for the workplace following the 5Buds Cannabis standard.
Ensure invoices and all other paper work is done timely, accurately and meets policy and procedure.
To ensure confidentiality regarding pricing, financial and marketing strategies, and Human Resources information
To provide support for team members through on the job training.
Maintaining a high level of cleanliness and sanitation throughout the store.
Responsible for daily opening and closing procedures of the store and other tasks as assigned to ensure that the daily operational needs of the business are achieved.
Remain adaptable and able to implement new company directives implemented by the head office.
Ensure that all time and attendance procedures are followed so that employees are on the floor and ready to start at their scheduled shifts.
