Position Summary: The Residential Services Supervisor for Housing Continuum & Pathways Transitional Housing Programs (HCPTL) is Responsible for program development, including exploring, designing, and implementing funding and also Responsible for project management, operational oversight and networking with community housing providers.
Accountabilities:
Reporting to the Director of Housing Services, this position is primarily responsible for supervising and managing the day-to-day operations of Crossroads Housing Continuum and Pathways Transitional Housing programs. As a member of Crossroads Residential Services Management Team, this role also provides program support to the Director of Housing Services on developing a sustainability plan for the Housing Continuum program, including exploring and securing funding and capacity building. The Residential Services Supervisor (HCPTH) leads the development and implementation of the Housing Continuum and Transitional Housing programs, including launching and managing projects designed to enhance and increase the impact of the Programs.
