Description

Position Summary:
KCDA is seeking a highly motivated Program Assistant to join our team. This position will involve working remotely to assist in various tasks, including:
Supporting our virtual start-up programs,
Assisting supervisor in face-to-face community digital literacy training.
Assisting supervisor with the Northern Talent Pool job matching services between local employers and job seekers, and
Helping to maintain data entry and creating an organized database of job seekers and employers in Northern Saskatchewan.

Key Responsibilities:
Virtual Start-Up Program Assistance - Provide administrative and program support for online start-up training entrepreneurship program.
Community Digital Literacy Support - Assist in delivering digital literacy training and support materials.
Northern Talent Pool Job Matching Service - Match candidates with suitable job opportunities and help employers find skilled local talent.
Data Entry - Assist in maintaining Excel database to streamline job matching and community outreach efforts.

Qualifications:
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Experience or interest in digital literacy, workforce development, or talent matching.
Proficient in Word, Microsoft Excel and other data entry tools.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Previous experience in program assistance, community support, or a similar field is an asset.
Class 5 Driver's License.
