The Learning and Development Consultant will conduct needs analyst to develop, identify, present, and deliver various learning and development, and talent and performance management solutions to help meet SaskGamings strategic direction, in accordance with policies, collective bargaining agreements, and procedures, ensuring legal compliance, and using the best industry practices, technology and theories. This position leads the administration of the Learning Management System. The Learning and Development Consultant reports to the Manager of Learning and Development.
