TCU Place is looking for dedicated and professional Client Services Lead to support the busy activity and personnel in our Box Office. Under the direction of the Client Services Sales Coordinator (Box Office Manager), this position performs a variety of customer service duties, business support initiatives, and administrative tasks. This is a Temporary (12 month) role with the potential of extending to permanent at the completion of the term. The Client Services Lead position is perfect for someone who thrives in a people-focused environment and is excited to interact with a diverse range of personalities, both from our team and the public.
Provides administrative support for self-created events, including mailings, invoice preparation and audits etc.
Assists with show set-up, group sales, and interaction with promoters / sponsoring clients
Sells tickets to customers in person and over the phone and electronically and provide support as needed.
Trouble shoots box office software and devices, including scanners, POS and Audience View software.
Prepares show settlements, using event management software (Momentus), under the supervision of Client Services Sales Coordinator.
Oversees the Box Office operations as back up to the Client Services Sales Coordinator.
Completed Theatre event set up, using event management software (Momentus)
Responds to telephone enquiries and assists with client requests as well as management requests.

Acceptable current Criminal Record Check (CRC) upon offer of employment.
qualifications
Completion of a post-secondary diploma from a recognized business or tourism field
