Direct and manage Souris Valley Industries HR function including benefits, compensation and performance management systems.
Develop and direct company-wide training strategy for SVI workforce
Direct and manage workforce communication efforts to support operational excellence and promote customer-centric focus
Provide consultation for management and employees regarding HR related policies, procedures and processes. Handle disciplinary processes.
Perform other job related duties as required
