Econo Lumber is searching for a motivated, knowledgeable individual to provide exceptional customer service and knowledge in our paint and paint supply department. The right individual will assist with inventory management, maintain store cleanliness, and contribute to a positive shopping experience.

Responsibilities:
    Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
    Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting appropriate paint products and services.
    Build productive trust relationships with wholesale and retail customers.
    Process sales transactions accurately and consistently.
    Tint and mix products, as needed, to customer specifications.
    Stock shelves and set up displays as required.
    Clean store equipment as required.
    Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options.

Minimum Requirements:
Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age
Must be legally authorized to work in the country of Canada.
Must be able retrieve material from shelves and floors and be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
Have previous experience either selling paint and paint related products, operating tinting and mixing equipment OR have a strong history of painting experience.
