Job Summary
Under the supervision of the Director of Sport, Culture, Youth and Recreation, the Culture and Recreation Coordinator will provide sport, culture, youth and recreational activities. The Culture and Recreation Coordinator will promote teamwork and a healthy lifestyle while acting as a positive mentor for all involved in the program. Duties will include the planning, implementing, and evaluation of programs/activities. Delegation of roles and supervision of department staff will be a requirement. The CR Coordinator will work in collaboration with other departments for delivery of programs.

Duties and Responsibilities:
    Follow Direction of the BOCN SCYR Director.
    Work in collaboration with BOCN Departments.
    Program development, implementation and reporting.
    Working evening and weekends as required.
    Delegating to the department team to carry out the programming.
    Supervision of staffing/coaching needs and training.
    Enforcing a healthy and enjoyable environment for all participants
    Must be a positive role model and team reflects the same.
