Description

Commissionaires North Sask Division is currently accepting applications for a Full-Time Finance Clerk. The position is Monday to Friday 8am to 4pm in office.

Accounts Receivables responsibilities
    Daily follow up on collection
    Prepare and submit daily collection reports
    Maintain the AR Aging report
    Coordinate with team members to ensure timely collection of accounts receivable
    Collaborate with team members to ensure the accuracy of the AR Aging report

Payroll responsibilities
    Processing payroll on a bi-weekly basis
    Maintaining employee files and ensuring accuracy, including personal information, tax details, employment status, and more.
    Provide assistance with auditing timesheets and Login Logs.
    Manage a large portfolio of employees
    Understand payroll calendars and payroll cycles
    Other duties as assigned by the Manager.


Must have excellent customer service skills This position also requires excellent communication, attention to detail, and organizational skills. would be an asset. Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance or a Diploma in payroll is considered an asset.
