Responsibilities:
-Provide and support a safe work environment.
-Update STAR Site # and coordinate STARS when necessary.
-Keeping an accurate headcount at all times by signing people in and out.
-Maintain confidential patient medical documentation and reports as per legislation.
-Engaging in daily safety meeting with crew.
-Working alone for 12 hr shift in a Mobile Treatment Centre.
-Maintaining cleanliness of Mobile Treatment Centre at all times and maintaining medical supplies are current and in working condition.
-Provide medical care in accordance within scope of practice.
-Assist in the transportation of patients when necessary while ensuring their safety and comfort.
-Participate in ongoing training and education to stay current with medical practices and protocols.
-Take responsible care to use safety and personal protective equipment as required by health and safety legislation and company polices and procedures.

-Must have confidence in medical skills within scope of practice.
-Understanding of medical terminology to effectively communicate with STARS & EMS.
-Ability to assist in heavy lifting when necessary, ensuring safe handling of patients and equipment.
-Proficient in medication administration techniques, following all safety guidelines.
-Excellent patient care skills, demonstrating empathy and professionalism in all interactions.
-Ability to establish priorities and to work independently.
-Physically capable of working/driving in adverse weather environment/conditions.
Job Requirements:
-Valid Tickets (First Aid & CPR, H2S Alive, WHMIS, TDG, CSO)
-Valid Class 4 or Class 5 Drivers License with a clean drivers abstract.
-Drug and Alcohol Clearance.
