Looking for highly motivated workers to fill this position.
Great Opportunity to join a team of very experienced Medical office assistants.
We have 2 positions to be filled temporarily.
These positions could turn to full time for the right candidates.
The right candidate must be comfortable with Microsoft office tool.
Must be willing to work in a fast paced medical office? Are you someone who is organized with exceptional communication skills?  

The chosen candidate must be task-oriented and self-motivated. Willingness to work as a team member who pays full attention to detail is a must. Must have excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate must be highly organized with customer service and physician support being a priority. Typing accuracy of 40+ WPM.

Duties include, but are not limited to:

1. Welcome and register patients seeking medical attention in person or by telephone.

2. Making Appointments and organizing daily schedules as well as OR booking.

3. All Administrative duties such as e-filing, faxing and transcription necessary to maintain proper patient records according to Health Information Privacy Act (HIPA).

4.Communication in a regular and organized way between patients and physicians in a consequential manner. Record and relay messages.

5. Constant disinfecting.

6. Sample collection, testing and preparation for the lab.

7. Inventory management.

Must be willing to learn how to use Electronic Medical Records.
On the job training available.
