The Saskatchewan Association of Health Organizations Inc. (SAHO) is seeking a full-time Associate, Classification and Job Evaluation. This position reports to the Director, Classification and Job Evaluation.
The Associate is responsible for the provision of day-to-day administrative and organizational support to one or more Classification and Job Evaluation Programs.
This Associate position is required to:
Manage ongoing classification and job evaluation requests from employees, unions and employer representatives.
Assist in the development of effective communication strategies to communicate with stakeholders regarding job evaluation changes.
Provide professional, and functional guidance to Joint Union/Management committees, unions and employers in the application, implementation and maintenance of job evaluation methodologies and programs.
Ensure that departmental databases, filing systems and corporate records are appropriately maintained and updated.
Be able to work collaboratively and build positive relationships through respectful and professional interactions with Unions and Employer representatives.
Applicants must have completed the office administration certificate or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Must have a minimum of five years working with a health care employer.
