Description

We are looking for a Business and Data Analyst to join our team.  This position will be responsible to assist with the collection, integration, and utilization of business data.  Support existing business processes and solutions.  Provide recommendations to optimize software and business processes to continuously advance the business.  

General Responsibilities
Identify and map business systems and data
Support stakeholders on business systems (Examples: Maximus, Nedap, DLS, Metafarms etc.)
Work with stakeholders to identify and integrate data flow
Work with stakeholders to develop dashboards and integrate KPIs into reporting tools
Assist with the development of operational procedures, process analysis and documentation
Other duties as required

Education/Experience Required
Bachelors degree in computing science degree or equivalent business experience strong focus on data integration and/or analytics
Experience managing data, integrating data from API cloud-based services and internal systems.
Preferred experience using advanced excel including VBA, Power BI or other Business Intelligence platforms
Preferred experience in Software Development including SQL, C#, JavaScript
Preferred experience with Continuous Improvement methodology, SIPOC
Proficiency in written and spoken English (French would be an asset)
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, strong organizational skills, detail oriented
A high degree of autonomy, initiative and interpersonal skills
Organized, methodical, discreet, high level of confidentiality and professionalism in carrying out duties
Ability to work under pressure and manage several files simultaneously
