Description

Reporting to the Sr. HR Business Partner, the HR Business Partner will strategically partner with leaders to provide people solutions to business problems. The HR Business Partner works closely with leaders to diagnose needs and increase organizational effectiveness in areas such as employee engagement, leader effectiveness, organizational design, learning needs/opportunities, recruitment, succession planning and change management. The HR Business Partner develops a deep understanding of the business to deliver impactful people approaches that achieve organizational objectives and translate strategy into action. The role collaborates with the People & Communications team including People Services and COEs to deliver high impact programs that drive the business and people strategies. The HR Business Partner actively integrates the P&C vision into their key responsibilities, focusing efforts on continuous improvement, delivering an elevated employee experience, and innovative and engaging programs that align to KSPC's strategic direction. Bachelors degree in human resources
CPHR or other related professional certifications an asset
Minimum of 8 years of Human Resources experience working in operations functions an asset  

Employment is subject to successfully completing KSPC's pre-employment checks which may include criminal record check, education verification, functional fitness evaluation and drug & alcohol testing.

This is approximately a 15-month term position.
