DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
To provide a professional approach to work concerning areas such as attitude, dependability, and appearance.
To process customer purchases through cash register, including proper handling of pricing, coupons, and cheque authorization.
To provide a level of service to all customers that meets the Co-operatives standards in courtesy and efficiency.
Assistance in the planning and organization of merchandise displays for regular stock as well as for special sales and promotional events.
To maintain a constant alert against unauthorized removal of merchandise.
Other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Must have strong interpersonal skills and enjoy working with the public.
Must be available for work a variety of shifts including evenings and weekends
