Description

The Senior Executive Coordinator is a key partner to the Vice President, supporting complex projects that drive our divisions success. Youll play a pivotal role in coordinating processes, synthesizing information, and preparing impactful presentations while ensuring all divisional documents are clear, concise, and up-to-date. Duties and Responsibilities

Services:
     * Assist the Vice President with meeting materials, agendas, and minutes.
     * Support the preparation and administration of the Divisions annual plan, including data compilation and budget tracking.
     * Lead project meetings and use tools to develop solutions and update reports.
     * Analyze policies, procedures, and provide recommendations for improvements.
     * Assists in the development and implementation of the divisions goals, objectives, strategies and work plans.
     * Enter, track and retrieve a variety of statistical, budgetary and related data from on-line systems, schedule and perform downloads of information, and create and/or prepare a variety of complex reports.
     * Respond to requests for information from both internal and external stakeholders.
     * Perform other related duties as assigned.

Leadership:
     * Display positive role modelling, agency values, and fairness and promote policy adherence.
     * Lead cross-functional engagement, build relationships, and gather requirements in reference to projects.
     * Plan and manage project activities, collaborating with stakeholders as needed.
     * Maintain professional and technical expertise by attending workshops and training, reviewing relevant publications, and establishing networks.
