Description

The Manager of Process, Applications & Support will assist the business by owning the development, implementation, ongoing maintenance support, of sales focused tools with continued attention on optimization. The roles primary focus is to ensure the companys sales operations are efficient, accurately reported, and profitable.

DUTIES:
- Meeting with senior managers to discuss business objectives
- Be the subject matter expert of sales and sales related applications and processes
- Working with counterparts to ensure applications and processes are utilizing correct data sources and understand the corresponding workflow and data outputs impact all areas of the business
- Responsible for understanding all existing data sources, and their relation to each other
- Performing root cause analysis and providing solutions
- Troubleshooting and improving new processes
- Working closely with IT in the development, and maintenance of sales related applications tools
- Learn, record, and develop and way to share best practices across Brandts territory
- Responsible for the implementation of new sales related business processes and tools
- Creating and maintaining process and procedure policies along with onboarding documentation
- Provide hands on application and process support as needed
- Staying up to date with the latest technology and improvement strategies

- Ability to coordinate projects and work with multiple stake holders
- Exceptional trouble shooting analytical and communication skills

- Report and procedure writing skills
