The Manager of Pricing, Programs, and Incentives is responsible for collecting, correlating, analyzing, visualizing, and distributing relevant date to ensure complete awareness of our competitive position. This ensures pricing, programs and incentive strategies are competitively positioned to achieve desired market share and profitability goals.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Managing programs, strategies and incentives while tracking and comparing the outcomes
- Working to identify new opportunities that align closely with market trends and company direction
- Developing a consistent program framework and reporting mechanisms across all product lines - assessing data from a variety of sources to gain insights into market trends and pricing strategies
- Communicating with Senior Sales Leadership on developing and implementing competitive pricing strategies
- Managing incentive programs for sales teams
Required Skills:
- In-depth knowledge of statistical methods and data analysis
- Advanced ability to present pricing analysis reports to relevant stakeholders
- Excellent analytical and communication skills
- Above average experience in using Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and related products
