About the Role:
Working under the Manager, Primary Health Care Services, this role is responsible for supporting the Flu and COVID immunization programs with back entry of vaccine data collected at locations throughout the province into the provincial Public Health data repository.

As part of the Primary Health Care Services team, you will use data quality monitoring reports, investigate, and resolve data quality issues. You may be asked to assist with business services related to requirements, documentation, implementation, training and incident management and support. Additionally, you may be asked to participate in acceptance testing of new releases of program applications. You must have a passion for customer service and an aptitude for problem solving to understand the problem and be able to communicate that to others.
