We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Administrative Assistant to join our team and support our daily operations.

Job Summary:
The Administrative Assistant is responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to ensure the efficient operation of the office. This role involves a variety of tasks, including managing communications, organizing files, and assisting with other office duties. The ideal candidate will be organized, proactive, and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:
Invoicing
Answer and direct emails, and other forms of communication.
Maintain organized filing systems, both electronic and physical.
Assist with the preparation of documents and materials.
Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
Perform general clerical duties, such as photocopying, scanning, and emailing.
Support other departments and staff with administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Experience as an administrative assistant or in a related role however whiling to train the correct individual
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
