Lake Country Co-op invites applications for the position of Part Time Food Services Cook/Clerk (2 Positions) at our TJs/ Chester-Fried Chicken in our C-Store/Gas Bar location in Spiritwood, SK.

Reporting to the TJs/ Chesters Team Leader, responsibilities for this position include the following:
Demonstrate the day-to-day behaviors and actions that align with and strengthen Lake Country Co-operatives vision, mission, values, and safety principles to make a difference in members lives, with a strong customer focused approach
Engage and interact with guests to create a positive shopping experience- in person, on the telephone and at the point of sale
Demonstrate a complete understanding of menu items and explain accurately to guests
Prepare food neatly, according to formula, and in a timely manner; pack food for takeout/drive through guests
Understand and adhere to proper food handling, safety and sanitation standards during food preparation, service and clean up
Check and monitor product in food preparation area and restock items to ensure a sufficient supply throughout shift
Use Point of Sale system to record orders, compute the amount of bill and make change
Use a variety of manual, electric and other appliances, and food preparation tools/equipment
Perform light paperwork duties as assigned
Other duties as assigned
