Natural Wonders has 6 ELCs, all are diverse and fully inclusive environments.  We provide programming for children ages 6 weeks through the child's 12th year.  We require a team leader with excellent communication and strong critical thinking skills, that can mentor and lead what is currently a very strong team. HR experience is an asset. Strong people skills is mandatory.  Regulations by the Ministry of Education mandate applicants currently meet, exceed or are working towards an ECE III.  Other related fields will be evaluated by the Ministry of Education and certified according to previous accredited education. Applicants must: Be working on a professional development portfolio that verifies your ability to continue to learn and excel in the field of early learning including but not limited to, setting up and educating your team to use holistic environments; have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs and be able to learn to use the software the company uses to manage internal information; be of excellent physical and mental health, enjoy a fast pace and able to accommodate a flexible shift. Previous scheduling is an asset. Must have current Food Safe, CPR-First Aid level C, Safe Places training with a vulnerable sector/criminal record check.
