We have an exciting opportunity to grow your career at Canpotex! We are accepting applications for a temporary Coordinator, Vessel Administration (24-39) in our Ocean Transportation department. This position is expected to last approximately 12 months and is based in Saskatoon.
The opportunity
- Review, audit, and submit various invoices for approval related to the Ocean Transportation department.
- Actively manage payment schedules and secure necessary approvals to ensure timely payments.
- Interpret and implement Charter Partyterms to review and validate Hire and Freight invoices for vessels.
- Maintain and update various Ocean Transportation databases.
- Oversee the Vessel Administration Department Inbox and maintain all electronic filing systems within Vessel Administration.
You have
- Bachelors degree or Diploma in accounting, finance, or a related field.
- Minimum two to three years experience in accounting, finance, ocean transportation, vessel operations or scheduling or experience in export documentation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other office software, including Microsoft Excel.

- Ability to manage priorities and organize workload efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
