Necessary Skills for Field Operator:

    Positive attitude
    Valid 1A license
    Great communication
    Great work ethic
    Flexible work schedule
    Independent

Necessary Skills for Shop Hand:

    Positive attitude
    Willingness to obtain a 1A license (financial help provided)
    Great communication
    Great work ethic
    Flexible work schedule
    Independent

Considered an asset but not necessary:

    Computer oriented
    Truck knowledge
    H2S and first aid tickets
