Do dishes and sanitation as per requirements.
Stock chick racks and drink refrigerator.
Properly arrange inventory following FIFO procedures.
Sweep, Mop and clean table and to keep store in good hygiene condition.
Maintain records of stock, sales and wastage.
Change garbage bags and recycle bin bags.
Weekly and monthly special cleaning schedule
Completes University of SUBWAY courses as directed.
Do additional in restaurant work as per supervisor / Managers directions
