Description

This individual will work with vulnerable families with young children to improve parenting practices and support family stability.

Standard of service:
The successful candidate must have an ability to work with vulnerable families in a strengths based, culturally sensitive manner.  He/she must be able to work cooperatively in a team environment. Experience in group facilitation is an asset.

Maintains confidentiality of professionally acquired information.
Provides service in non-judgmental manner.
Is accessible, accountable, cordial and responsive in all interactions.  

Drivers license and vehicle required.
