We are looking for a detail oriented, driven individual to join our growing team. This individual will assist the Finance Manager in updating and maintaining accounting databases for a group of companies.

We are looking for a motivated individual that is assertive and able to work both independently and within a team environment. This position offers a lot of growth potential for the right individual.
Under the Sun Groweries is a licensed cannabis producer located 10 minutes outside of Saskatoon, Sk.

The successful candidate will possess the following skills:
    Meticulous attention to detail with a high level of accuracy.
    Ability to multitask with excellent time management capabilities.
    Can work efficiently and independently in a fast paced, high volume work environment
    Excellent communication skills and work well in a team.
    Knowledge of accounting practices, payroll, account management and invoicing.
Responsibilities included in this position are, but not limited to:
    General office duties including answering phones, scheduling, mail retrieving/delivery/ sorting.
    Data entry & filing pertaining to multiple companies.
    Daily bookkeeping activities such as: accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank recs and assist with year-end.
    Compensation based on qualifications of selected candidate.
Qualifications:
    2-5 years experience in a similar role
    Experience with QuickBooks is required

Schedule:
    8 hour shift (7:00am  3:30pm)
    Monday to Friday
