As the Marketing and Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives that enhance our clinics visibility and drive client acquisition and retention. You will lead our sales efforts, nurture client relationships, and collaborate closely with our team to ensure exceptional service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies across digital and traditional channels.
Manage social media platforms, creating engaging content to attract and retain clients.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
Coordinate promotional campaigns, events, and partnerships to enhance brand awareness.
Oversee the sales process, from lead generation to client onboarding, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.
Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients to foster loyalty and repeat business.
Collaborate with the clinic team to develop service packages and promotions that align with client needs.
Monitor and report on marketing and sales performance metrics, making data-driven recommendations for improvement.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in marketing and sales, preferably within the medical aesthetics or healthcare industry.
Strong understanding of digital marketing tools, social media strategies, and CRM software.
