Dynamic Disposal Ltd. is looking to add to their team. We have a position available as a flexible part time Office Assistant, with the opportunity to turn into a full-time maternity leave position, to assist with our daily operations. We are looking for a team member that has experience in general office duties, Quickbooks and Open Invoice would be an asset.
Duties would include a full range of administrative services including answering phones, taking messages, dealing with customers, mail, filing and general office duties.
Qualifications
- Administrative Assistant experience
- Knowledge in Quickbooks is an asset
- Knowledge with Microsoft Office products (Word and Excel)
- Knowledge with google mail
- Knowledgeable in ComplyWorks and ISN
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Exceptional computer skills
- Willing to be trained for new software
- Ability to multi-task
- Ability to manage deadlines
- Flexibility of work days
