The University of Saskatchewan College of Nursing is seeking a highly collaborative, strategic and inclusive leader to serve as the Associate Dean, Academic (Associate Dean). The Associate Dean is a member of the Deans Executive within the College of Nursing, and a Senior Administrator of the University with responsibility for oversight and direction of the College.
This position reports to the Dean and works collaboratively with other Associate Deans and members of the Deans Executive to provide leadership for the development and implementation of a comprehensive, integrated academic plan for the College and is responsible for building strategic partnerships with internal and external stakeholders to expand the impact and visibility of the College and to promote teaching and learning.
The Associate Dean functions in a highly demanding environment that requires the foresight to balance a multitude of needs, demands and strategies constant vigilance for issues and challenges and prioritization of limited resources.
